Cancellation Policy

At Kent Beauty by Karen we aim to provide a calm, professional environment for every client. Please read the following clinic policies before booking your appointment. Bookings and Deposits All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred if the required notice period is given. Cancellations and Appointment Changes We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit may be required to rebook. No Refund Policy All treatments and services are non refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Results vary between individuals and multiple treatments may sometimes be required to achieve the desired outcome. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may need to reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit may be lost. Children and Additional Guests For health, safety and insurance reasons children and additional guests are not permitted in the clinic during your appointment. Please attend alone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Medical Disclosure Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose all relevant medical history prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being declined. Right to Refuse Treatment Kent Beauty by Karen reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the best interest of the client. Respectful Environment We operate a professional and respectful clinic environment. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in treatment being refused and future appointments declined.By booking an appointment with Kent Beauty by Karen you confirm that you have read and agree to these clinic policies.
