My award winning signature COG thread face and neck lift using the strongest Mjallik threads to give an ultra strong lift on neck and jowls. How long does a COG thread lift last? PDO COG threads are used to induce collagen production in the skin and define the facial contours. They can provide immediate tightening and lifting results that continue to improve, peaking at 3-6 months and lasting between 2-3 years. How many times can you have a thread lift? You can have another thread lift once the face starts to drop back to its original position again. This can vary from person to person but some people do repeat thread lifts after 1-2 years to maintain the result. Can a thread lift be done on the neck? A thread neck lift can easily be performed in conjunction with a face thread lift or on its own. It helps to contour the neck and help create a more defined jawline. What should you not do after a thread lift? After a PDO thread lift you should avoid touching the entry points for 24 hours until they seal. You should avoid wearing make up for 24 hours, drinking alcohol as well as getting facials or facial massages. Do not clean your face with wipes, use a foam cleanser for approximately 2/3 weeks. Things to Do After Thread Lift Treatment: The treatment has a minimal recovery time, but there is still plenty you can do to enhance the recovery and get the best results. - Ice the treated area for a few minutes for four to five times during the day for the first week if you are experiencing slight bruising or swelling. - Restrict facial movements for one day. Make sure to try to rest for a full day after getting the treatment. - You can move around wherever you want, but don’t perform any strenuous activity or heavy lifting for three weeks. - You can take pain killers as required after the procedure. Try consuming them after a meal to avoid any risk of nausea. - It is best to avoid aspirins for the next two weeks after the treatment. - Avoid applying makeup or facial cream for at least 48 hours. -Avoid sleeping on your side if you can

At Kent Beauty by Karen we aim to provide a calm, professional environment for every client. Please read the following clinic policies before booking your appointment. Bookings and Deposits All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred if the required notice period is given. Cancellations and Appointment Changes We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit may be required to rebook. No Refund Policy All treatments and services are non refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Results vary between individuals and multiple treatments may sometimes be required to achieve the desired outcome. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may need to reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit may be lost. Children and Additional Guests For health, safety and insurance reasons children and additional guests are not permitted in the clinic during your appointment. Please attend alone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Medical Disclosure Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose all relevant medical history prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being declined. Right to Refuse Treatment Kent Beauty by Karen reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the best interest of the client. Respectful Environment We operate a professional and respectful clinic environment.
